Additional Guests:
Additional guests may be added during registration at $25 per guest. Each graduate is entitled to 4 extra guests. To add more afterward, contact the office to confirm seat availability.

🕑 What time should I arrive?
Graduates must arrive by 2:00 PM sharp (30 minutes before start time) for check-in and gown preparation.
👶 Do I have to pay for children?
Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket as long as they sit on an adult’s lap. Please keep in mind that the theater has limited seating capacity, so all other guests will need to be registered and have a ticket.
🎓 Will I still receive my certificate if I’m unable to attend the graduation ceremony??
Yes. Your certificate is not dependent on attending the graduation ceremony. Certificates are normally ready within 2 weeks after you complete your program, regardless of whether you attend the ceremony.
📷 Will there be photos?
Yes, professional digital photos will be included in your registration.
👥 How many guests can I bring to the event, and how can I add additional guests?
Each graduate is allowed 4 guests. The venue has a maximum capacity of 800 people.
The fee for each additional guest is $25, and you can add them during the registration process.
If you need to add more guests after registering, please contact our office to confirm seat availability.
👔 What should I wear?
We recommend formal attire under the gown for photos and comfort during the event.
Men must wear long pants — shorts are not allowed.
🅿️ Is there enough parking?
Yes, ample parking is available for both graduates and guests at the ceremony venue.
🍽 Will there be food?
No food is allowed in the Theater - Performance Center.
